It is with great sorrow that we report the loss of our brother Albert Scappaticci Sr., 82, father of our club President Albert A. Scappaticci.

Brother Al passed away on Wednesday October 8, 2008 at the RI Hospital.

Born in Providence a son of the late Nicola and Alessandra (Falcone) Scappaticci. He was the beloved husband of Etta (Luisi) Scappaticci.
Mr. Scappaticci was a plumber and a lifetime member of Local #51, and a
WWII Army Veteran.

Besides his wife he is survived by his son Albert A. Scappaticci and his wife Joann.

Grandfather of Dr. Albert A. Scappaticci, Jr., Stephen, Jennifer, and Nicholas Scappaticci. Great grandfather of Amelia and Juliana. He was the brother of the late Mary Valvo, Frances D'Azzeo and Rocco Scappaticci.
